Home Builders Rooted in integrity
We believe for each project to be successful we have to be rooted in character and honesty. We aim to have transparent communication throughout the entire process.

Custom Construction focused on you
Since Cottonwood Construction & Design started in 2021 we have completed over two-hundred home projects. These projects consist of new home builds, renovations and home additions.
New Homes
Whether you are wanting a craftsman farmhouse, a modern dreamouse, or traditional home we would love to walk through that process with you. We build on your land, or we can help you find that right piece of property.
Remodels & Additions
We have done all types, full house gut and remodels, bathroom & kitchen updates, outdoor spaces, and any style of addition. We'd love to partner with you to help transform your current home!
About cottonwood
Construction + Design
Cottonwood Construction and Design was born organically as Taylor Brown (along with his wife Tamara) had always been drawn to using their creativity in home projects over the years.
As others began to notice their ideas and ability to transform spaces with an emphasis on functional, aesthetic, and sound structure, people began reaching out for help.
First things first, Taylor understood the value in building the correct team. Those who use their God-given gifts and experience to help others in creating beautiful spaces where friends and family gather and treasured memories are made.

Our Happy Customers
Kyle and I couldn't be any happier with our "new" bathroom and no more magazine door in our bedroom. Everyone who worked in our home made us feel confident about the changes being made and were polite and kind. That meant a lot to us, especially since this was our first interior project. We will continue to recommend your company to all.
We could not be happier with our master bathroom renovation by Cottonwood Construction! Throughout the process, our preferences, budget, and time were honored. Taylor's team was always respectful of our home, making sure that everything was clean before they left for the day. We are so glad we went with Cottonwood Construction for this project--you won't find a more trustworthy and easy company to work with!
